What are these Terms? The Terms of use govern your use of the Apsley & Company website. By using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms of use.
Intellectual Property – The content of our website belongs to us, or to someone who has given us permission to use it. If you are using our website for personal, non-commercial purposes, you do not have to seek our permission to print any of the content. In all other cases or for any other purpose you must first get our permission.
Copyright - All content viewable on our web site is subject to the copyright of Chapelsmith Pty Ltd. This includes, but is not limited to, text, logos, graphics and photographs. The entire content is protected under Australian copyright laws.

You are free to view, print or download portions of material from our web site, provided it is used for informational and non-commercial purposes only. The copyright of any downloaded material remains with Chapelsmith Pty Ltd and can not be transferred. We also reserve all intellectual property rights for any downloaded material.

Creating derivatory works from the Apsley Australia web site is strictly prohibited without express permission from us.
Limit of Liability - We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damage caused from the use or misuse of material on our web site. How do you use my information? – When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process we collect the personal information you give us.

Do you use cookies? We use "cookies" on our website. Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

Orders, Payment & Security

What payment type do you accept? We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Paypal and Afterpay
What type of security does your site have for my internet transactions? (Shopify)
Do you offer free shipping? Yes we offer free shipping if you spend over $75 per order.
How do I know you have received my order? You will receive a confirmation email of your order once it has been placed.
Will my order be shipped with an invoice? Yes we ship all orders with a copy of the invoice unless otherwise requested. If yes, can pricing be removed if I’m buying a gift? We do not have prices marked on any items. If you do not wish an invoice to be included in your order please make a note in the notes section when placing your order.
Can I change my order once I have placed it? Please email us at and we will try and change the order for you if it has not already been shipped out.
Can I change my delivery address after I’ve ordered? Please email us at and we will change the address for you if it has not already been shipped out.

Where do you ship? – We ship to every part of Australia. At this stage we do not ship internationally but please email us at to check if we have a retailer in your country that can supply you directly.
How much does shipping cost? – We charge a flat rate of $12.50 for all orders, or free for orders over $75.
How is my order shipped? – We ship all orders via Australia Post
When will you ship my order? – All orders are shipped within 2-6 days of your order being placed. Please ensure you have the correct shipping address details as we are not responsible for delivery errors due to incorrect addresses. Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email from Australia Post with the tracking details.
Do you deliver to P.O Boxes and Parcel Lockers? – Yes we can deliver to Post Boxes and Parcel Lockers
Can I track my delivery? – Yes Australia Post will email you the tracking details once your order has been despatched. If you have not received an email please check you junk mail. If you need to get in contact with us about your order please email
Will I need to sign for my delivery? Due to COVID-19 you are not required to sign for your delivery, but someone will still need to be home for delivery. The postie will ask for and record a name before confirming delivery on their handheld device. They'll then leave the item at the door.

Returns, Exchanges & Damaged Items

What is your returns/exchange policy? We accept returns within 30days of despatch, provided items are unused and in resaleable condition. Please note shipping costs for returns/exchange are at customer’s own expense.
What happens if my order is damaged during shipping? If you have received an item that isn't what you ordered, or it arrived damaged, please take a photo and contact us within 7 days of delivery via email –
Please don't dispose of the item until we've had a chance to chat with you!
